What we collect
Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up for price alerts, our newsletter, or create an account. We never collect email addresses passively.
Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and GDPR-compliant. It collects no personal data, no persistent identifiers, and sets no cookies. Page view data is aggregated and anonymous.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full billing address. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
Contact forms — if you use our contact or agent enquiry form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide.
How we use your data
Email addresses collected for price alerts are used solely to send those alerts. We will never use them for marketing without your explicit consent.
Newsletter subscribers receive market updates and platform news. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes — ever.
We do not share your email with property agents without your explicit consent through a contact form where you are clearly initiating that contact.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@dubuy.ai.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dubuy.ai. We will action requests within 14 days.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Third-party services

We use no tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. We may use a single session cookie for authentication if you create an account. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
