By accessing or using Dubuy.ai ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Permitted Use
You may use Dubuy.ai for personal research, due diligence, and informational purposes.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download any data from the platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without our prior written permission.
You may not republish, resell, or commercially redistribute data or analysis from Dubuy.ai without written permission.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user we believe is in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The design, presentation, analysis, scoring, and aggregation of data on Dubuy.ai is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Underlying DLD transaction data is sourced from Dubai Land Department public records. We do not claim ownership of the raw DLD data.
The Dubuy.ai name, logo, and brand are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions (Analyst, Pro) are billed monthly. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and are based on AED pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscriptions. To request a refund, email hello@dubuy.ai within 14 days of your first payment.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store or see your payment card details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubuy.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any data presented, or any property decision you make. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, missed opportunities, or errors in data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
